Kindygo is primarily a billing and payment platform for preschool fees and services. Physical goods purchased through an invoice, such as uniforms, books, or merchandise, are fulfilled by the preschool named on that invoice. Kindygo does not operate a warehouse or courier service.

Collection and delivery

• The preschool will communicate whether goods are collected on site or delivered.
• Availability and estimated fulfilment dates may vary by item and preschool.
• Any delivery charge will be communicated by the preschool.
• The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.

Checking your order

Inspect physical goods when they are received. Notify the preschool promptly if an item is missing, damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. Include the invoice number, a description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate.

Eligible returns

Subject to inspection and the preschool's applicable terms, a return or replacement may be considered for goods that are defective, damaged when supplied, or incorrectly supplied. Goods should be unused and returned with their original packaging, labels, and included accessories where reasonably possible.

Items that are generally not returnable

• Personalised, altered, or made-to-order goods.
• Used, washed, or damaged goods after acceptance.
• Opened hygiene-sensitive or sealed items unless they were defective.
• Digital materials, services, fees, classes, programmes, or event registrations.
• Change-of-mind returns unless the preschool's terms permit them.

Return process

Contact the preschool and obtain approval before returning an item. The preschool will provide collection, delivery, or return instructions. Unapproved returns may not be accepted. Where a return is approved, the preschool will advise whether the remedy is a replacement, credit, partial refund, or full refund.
